Yes, all items at ThriftHaus are 100% preloved, handpicked, and quality checked.

2. How do I order?

Just add an item to your cart and proceed to checkout.

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges since items are one-of-a-kind and preloved.
Please check measurements and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

4. How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 1–2 business days within Nepal.
You will receive updates once your order is confirmed.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Cash on Delivery (COD) , Bank Transfer

    6. What if I receive a damaged item?

    We inspect all pieces before shipping.
    However, if something arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with pictures.

    7. Can I reserve an item?

    No, items are first-come, first-served because stock is limited.
